If You use Anonymous Login, no email address, name, or identifying information is collected unless You later choose to link Your account to Google or Apple Sign-In.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service across all platforms and may include IP address, browser type, browser version, screens visited, time and date of visit, time spent on screens, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Third-Party Authentication
Google Sign-In
When You sign in with Google, We receive Your name, email address, and profile photo as provided by Google. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Apple Sign-In
When You sign in with Apple, We receive a unique identifier and, at Your discretion, Your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address. Your use of Apple Sign-In is also subject to Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Firebase Anonymous Authentication
When You use the Service without signing in, Firebase creates an anonymous user account assigned a unique ID containing no personally identifiable information. You may later upgrade this anonymous account by linking it to a Google or Apple account.
We may add additional third-party Sign-In options in the future. This Privacy Policy will be updated before any new authentication method is made available.
Push Notifications
The Service may send You push notifications on Android and iOS to deliver updates, reminders, and informational communications related to the Service.
- iOS — You will be asked to grant permission before receiving push notifications. You may manage or withdraw this at any time through Your device settings.
- Android 13+ — You will be asked to grant permission before receiving push notifications. You may manage or withdraw this at any time through Your device settings.
- Android 12 and below — Push notifications are enabled by default. You may manage or withdraw this at any time through Your device settings.
Push notification tokens are processed via Firebase Cloud Messaging and are not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Firebase Services
Firebase Authentication
Used to manage user accounts including anonymous accounts, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In.
Firebase Analytics
Used to collect anonymised usage data to understand how the Service is used, identify areas for improvement, and measure feature adoption. Firebase Analytics may collect device identifiers, app usage events, and session information.
Firebase Crashlytics
Used to collect crash reports and diagnostic data to identify and resolve technical issues. Crashlytics may collect device state information, stack traces, and anonymised user identifiers at the time of a crash.
All Firebase services are provided by Google LLC and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
How We Use Your Data

Data Retention
- Authenticated accounts — retained for the duration of your account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure
- Anonymous accounts — retained until You delete the account or until 12 months of inactivity, whichever comes first
- Customer support data — up to 24 months from the date of ticket closure
- Usage and analytics data — up to 24 months
- Crash reports (Crashlytics) — up to 90 days, consistent with Firebase's default retention settings
- Server logs — up to 24 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting
When retention periods expire, We securely delete or anonymize Personal Data. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period and are not restored except where necessary for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance.
International Data Transfers
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and by Firebase services operated by Google LLC, which may process data outside of Australia. We will ensure that international transfers of Your Personal Data are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law.
Deleting Your Data
You may delete Your account at any time from within the Service. Anonymous accounts can be deleted directly from the app. Authenticated accounts linked to Google or Apple Sign-In can be deleted from account settings within the Service.
You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Data that You have provided to Us. Please note that We may need to retain certain information when We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
Disclosure of Your Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.
